We ship worldwide, below is a list of countries we currently provide shipping to. If your country is not listed, please get in touch with us at info@studiostory.co.uk for a quote.

We are a small studio in the heart of London that makes all of our objects by hand and in-house, some products are made to order and are bespoke for each customer.

If you need an object quicker than the average estimated time, please contact us and we can prioritise your order to ensure it delivers by your expected time.

For trade customers ordering in larger quantities, you can contact us directly to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Made to Order Item

Lead time for made-to-order objects is typically 1 week before dispatch. Please take this time into account if you require a certain item by a specific date. Get in touch as soon as possible if you need them earlier than this and we will do our best to speed up the process.

Shipping Times After Dispatch

UK : 2-3 days.

Europe: 3-5 days

Rest of the World: 5-7 days.

We currently ship to the following countries in Europe through Hermes International’s tracked and signed for service (up to 15kg):

  • Sweden* - £6.49

* Please note for packages sending to Denmark or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient's closest Parcelshop. The packages can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office), via www.postnord.dk (for Danish deliveries), and www.postnord.se (for Swedish deliveries), using the parcel ID numbers that will be provided.

Shipping to the US and Canada is provided through Tracked and Signed For Services from Hermes International

  • US - £20

  • Canada - £20

Shipping Rates to the ASIA-PACIFIC

Shipping to the following countries are provided through Royal Mail UK’s International Tracked and Signed service

Parcels weight 0-2kg:

  • Hong Kong - £9.99

  • Japan - £9.99

  • Singapore - £10.99

NOTE: All services are a 'sign for service', please provide a daytime address where you can sign for a package.

Customs duties, Taxes and associated fees. > These are the responsibility of the buyer. We will NOT be able refund any orders returned to us due to unpaid duties since courier will ask us to pay for the parcel upon return. Customs invoices will be generated prior to you shipment leaving the UK.
